In-Store Returns and Exchanges
You may always return or exchange regular priced merchandise purchased online at any Francesca's Collections store within
45 days of the ship date. Just bring your original invoice, and the unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with tags in place to any one of our locations and we will be happy to return or exchange it for something else. Please note that sale merchandise may only be returned to our Online Boutique and may not be returned or exchanged at any Francesca's store.
Mail-In Returns
For a Store Credit:
Fill out the return portion of your sales receipt indicating that you would like a store credit. Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and tags, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. A store credit will be issued and sent to your billing address within 14 business days upon receipt.
For exchanges:
Check the "exchange" box on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Then, include the invoice along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. If there is a difference in price between the new items purchased and the items returned we will charge your credit card, or issue a refund accordingly. Your credit card will also be charged for the additional shipping fees.
For Refunds:
Complete the "return" box on your original invoice, including the reason for the return. Include the invoice along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. The purchase will be refunded back to the original card the purchase was made from within 14 business days upon receipt.
A few things you should know about returns and exchanges:
- All returned merchandise must be accompanied with original invoice.
- All returned merchandise must have the tags in place.
- All sale returned merchandise can only be processed at our online stores.
- All regular priced returned merchandise is accepted at our boutique locations.
- We will not accept exchanges or refunds on merchandise that has been worn or washed.
- We do not except exchanges or refunds on gift cards.
- We will not accept exchanges or refunds on items purchased at a physical store.

Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning or exchanging.
However, if you receive merchandise from Francesca's Collections Online Boutique that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily refund the return shipping cost to your credit card. Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your returned merchandise in order to be reimbursed.
Shipping Information
Currently Francesca's Collections Online Boutique ships only within the United States. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories at an additional surcharge of $15 for Standard shipping. Overnight and Express methods are unavailable for these areas.
All orders placed will be shipped within three business days from the date ordered unless you have requested Express and Overnight shipping.
Note: "Overnight" and "Express" orders confirmed before 11:00 am CST, will be processed the same business day. "Overnight" and "Express" orders confirmed after 11:00 am CST will be processed the following business day. FedEx does not ship out or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or on national holidays.

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O Box addresses or APO's.
International Orders
Unfortunately Francesca's Collections does not ship internationally yet.
Online Boutique Return & Exchange Policy
You may return regularly priced items purchased online to any of our Francesca's locations or by mailing them to our online boutique within thirty days of the ship date. Please note: our Return & Exchange Policy only applies to online purchases made at www.francescascollections.com, and this same policy is not available in stores. Unfortunately, items purchased at our stores may not be returned online.
Sale items purchased online may only be returned to the online boutique and are not available for refund or exchange at any Francesca's store. Promotion items may be mailed back or returned at our stores. Please refer to our complete

Out of Stock Items
Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. Francesca's strives to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore; we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out. If an item is not found online then the online store is out of stock. You may contact your nearest boutique to see if the item is still available at the store.
