Sales Tax

Sale Items

Francesca's sale items seen on our website are marked down exclusively for our online store. Boutiques cannot offer price adjustments for items online nor can we offer online adjustments for sale prices offered at our boutiques.

Modifying Your Order

Once your order has been placed, if you need to change or modify it please email customerservice@francescas.net or call customer service at 1.800.980.1180 within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed and packed, we will not be able to meet your request.

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. Francesca's strives to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore; we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out. If an item is not found online then the online store is out of stock. You may contact your nearest boutique to see if the item is still available at the store.
