Pick of the Week Promotion
Every Wednesday Francesca's features a new item online that is available for a discount. This item can be purchased online or in stores for a period of one week, as listed in the product detail page. To receive your discount on this item simply print out the page, or write down the discount code and bring it in to any Francesca's location. To receive the discount online, simply add the item to your shopping cart. Our Pick of the Week promotion starts every Thursday, so be sure to check back weekly to save!
Certain restrictions apply: Discounts are available on items while supplies last. Discounts are only available on items during the week the item is featured. Every Thursday a new featured item and discount will be displayed. The previous week's items are not available at the discount even if the product is still available for sale.

Franchise Opportunities
Francesca's is a privately held company with locations in over 28 states. We provide our shoppers with an eclectic, carefully chosen assortment of treasured items. Francesca's currently does not provide franchise opportunities.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via FedEx and can be tracked online at www.fedex.com/tracking or by phone at 1.800.GoFedEx.
Modifying Your Order
Once your order has been placed, if you need to change or modify it please email customerservice@francescas.net or call customer service at 1.800.980.1180 within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed and packed, we will not be able to meet your request.
Shipping
Currently Francesca's Collections Online Boutique ships only within the United States. We will ship to addresses to Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories at an additional surcharge of $15 for Standard shipping. Overnight and Express methods are unavailable for these areas.
All orders placed will be shipped within three business days from the date ordered unless you have requested Express and Overnight shipping.
Note: "Overnight" and "Express" orders confirmed before 11:00 am CST, will be processed the same business day. "Overnight" and "Express" orders confirmed after 11:00 am CST will be processed the following business day. FedEx does not ship out or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or on national holidays. p>

Unfortunately Francesca's Collections does not ship internationally yet.
Online Boutique Return & Exchange Policy
You may return regularly priced items purchased online to any of our Francesca's locations or by mailing them to our online boutique within thirty days of the ship date. Please note: our Return & Exchange Policy only applies to online purchases made at www.francescascollections.com, and this same policy is not available in stores. Unfortunately, items purchased at our stores may not be returned online. Sale items purchased online may only be returned to the online boutique and are not available for refund or exchange at any Francesca's store. Promotion items may be mailed back or returned at our stores. Please refer to our complete Return & Exchange Policy.
Out of Stock Items
Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. Francesca's strives to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore; we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out. If an item is not found online then the online store is out of stock. You may contact your nearest boutique to see if the item is still available at the store.
